Ummmm no thanks

Spent my Sunday reading this and WOW THIS WAS SOOO GOOD

I’m convinced R.A. Smyth can do no wrong when it comes to her books because I love every new book she releases!

This dark, captivating book had me audibly gasping and the cliffhanger was insane! Riley is such an amazing, strong, and fierce character. There were so many unexpected twists and turns and I was on the edge of my seat as the story unfolded.

Rating: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That cliff hanger! Man, oh man, r.a sure knows how to keep you in a choke hold. 5 stars easily! Beware, you will have all the feels! Riley is the best! And these men ooff Royce especially chefs kiss! I literally couldn't put this book down . Talk about a book hangover! I need book 2 like yesterday

I loved this book so much! I’m not generally one for sports romances, but oh my god. This book was phenomenal. The ending about un@lived me, I just tried to keep scrolling but there wasn’t any left. I don’t know how I’m going to make it until book two is here.

R. A. Smyth's "Frozen Hearts" is a story of resilience and dark secrets. However, the excessive "showing" and repetition hinder the reader's enjoyment. Despite the respectful handling of SA trauma, the lengthy narrative dilutes emotional impact. The characters' idiotic behavior and the book's excessive length overshadow its potential. With better editing and some good chopping of surplus fluff to make the story more concise, it could have been a 5-star read.

My first book by this author and I absolutely loved it! I am new to the whole Why Choose Trope so I haven't read many, but this one was fantastic!
This book had all the feels and my anxiety levels sat so high most of the way through! I really enjoyed the character development in this story as well. Having been given the history of the characters really gave the book added depth.
Each one was so different. Riley was such a strong character, she didn’t let much get to her. Riley is just trying to make a fresh start for herself and her step-brother Grayson is set to make her pay for what he thinks she has done. His friends do the same by extension. So many secrets, so much intensity.
Pacing of the book was so good and I couldn’t stop reading until I finished!
There is going to be a lot of grovelling needed after this one! I cannot wait for the next instalment!
