Kristin Hannah lives for an improbably dramatic story line and so do I! Angel, Madeline, Frances and Lina were 4 flawed, hurting characters trying to find their place in the world and their lived intertwined in tragic and beautiful ways.

I needed an easy read and this book gave me that.  I enjoyed it although it was predictable.

Sometimes I can read a “Lifetime movie” and I don’t mind the predictably, romance etc. but this was just too much of bad “acting” The characters didn’t seem real and what could be said in 2 lines took 2 1/2 pages.

This was cheesy and predictable. I also noticed a few typos which was distracting. I feel like she wrote it in middle school, as other novels by this author are enjoyable and thought provoking. It could have ended right after the transplant surgery and been a better book.
