Carrie Ann Ryan adds another emotional book to her Fractured Connections series. Falling With You centers around Aiden and Sienna, a couple that is still dealing with losing a friend to suicide along with an physical attack that leaves them both shaken and emotionally raw.

The series title of Fractured Connections is so on point with each of these books, it's almost difficult to put into  words how the lines of connections between each of the couples, friends, and their family is each damaged by the toils and hardships they each have faced, but let me start with the family aspect first.

The Connolly brothers; Aiden, Cameron, and Brendon grew up in foster care until they were adopted by Jack and Rose Connolly. Their past is tricky and messed up and basically fractured, but through each story they are working on becoming a family once again. There is also their youngest brother, Dillon, added to the mix who sometimes seems like the wisest one of the bunch. But like I said their family life is messy.

Sienna, Violet, Harmony, and Allison who is no longer with them, all grew up together are best friends, and have known the Connolly brothers since high school. Their friendship seemed to fracture when they lost one of their own and the gaping hole that Allison left is present everyday. Allison also dated Aiden at one point, but had long since broken it off before she ended her life. The guilt that Sienna carries for having a crush on her friends ex-boyfriend is huge and add in the fact that her friend is deceased carries an even bigger weight. Sienna can no longer talk to her friend about her feelings, so her burden seems to weighs a ton when her feelings only grow stronger for Aiden. Her life is messy.

As a couple Aiden and Sienna seemed doomed. There are so many obstacles to overcome. Can they move past the relationship that is still clinging to someone that is no longer there to ask permission from? Can they let go of all the anger around the feelings of being left behind? Can two people find solace in the arms of each other when the memories of the past keep piling up? Will either of them ever feel safe when answers can't be found?

Carrie Ann really does an amazing job of writing an emotional story. This series is heartbreaking, but hearthealing all at the same time.

I always feel a slight sense of unease or overwhelming need to backtrack when I start a series in the middle. It doesn't matter that it's a series of interconnected stand alones or just stand alone books. My mind fights the picking up book 3 and starting there. So it was a good thing, I somehow missed this wasn't the first in the series. I knew in the back of my mind because I recalled the covers but I somehow wrote that off subconsciously. Boy am I glad! Falling With You is a fun, feel good story. It has some tragic and traumatic but it will leave you smiling a stupid happy grin. No reason to freak out. Start where you want to, just know that you will be going back to the beginning! Also I saw that cameo visit, another series I need to keep up with! 😉

Will I catch up with the 2 previous couples, absolutely. I need to now! I will also be along for the next books. It's easy to fall for the Connollys. This ragtag team is exactly the kind of family you want to be adopted into. I just need to tell my husband we are moving to Denver so I can hang at a fictional bar drinking beer and trying to become the next adopted member of this group. #goals

This is the third book in the Fractured Connections series, which is another instalment of the lives of the Connolly brothers and Knight sisters and friends. It is yet another heart wrenching story, as Aiden and Sienna have so much history, which brings deep understanding and affection, but also unresolved issues.

Whilst the story is deep and emotional, it is also full of joy and laughter, as well as a few tears... just like life.

I highly recommend this book and this entire series. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Falling with You is Sienna and Aiden’s story. I was really looking forward to this book and it did not disappoint. Both of these characters are featured in the first two books and you see how they are dancing around each other. This book starts out with Sienna getting hurt and Aiden’s reaction to that situation. The book goes on to see how these two characters eventually find their way to each other but with a lot of bumps along the way. I was a little surprised at one part towards the end but it was well written and helped the story along. I really enjoyed these characters and this book.

This book is amazing. I don’t know how else to describe it.

At its core, it’s a friends to lovers romance. But there is so much more to the relationship between Aiden and Sienna.

Ms. Ryan does a wonderful job of navigating love, loss, grieving, forgiveness, acceptance and the fact that family is truly what you make it.

Falling With You is an emotional and intimate story of friend to somewhat enemies to lovers. And one I have been waiting for. Sienna and Aiden bickering and banter since the beginning of the series has had these two in my sights.

Aiden is an extraordinary and amazing chef. A man who can make amazing food and has a caring nature that you have to look beyond the layers to see. Aiden is a brute of a man at times but once you get to know him and see beyond the cover, is a man you may have never expected. Aiden is a self proclaimed asshat, but he cares and tries, even if it’s in his own way.

Sienna is a physical therapist extraordinaire. Dedicated to her work and holds the utmost professionalism in what she does. Sienna is a strong and independent, self proclaimed cat woman. To me that just means she has an amazing heart. Sienna is dealing with the loss of her best friend. That loss has shaken not only Sienna’s world but those of her circle as well. Sienna is the type of woman you can count on. A good friend.

I so loved Aiden and Sienna story. A tale that way years in the making. Falling With You is my now favorite read in the Fractured Connections Series. Emotional, deep and intimate on a level that is different from Ms. Ryan’s other works. Sometimes loss draws people together and that is what happens for Aiden and Sienna. Although they had a friendship along the way they became bickering enemies. To allowing each other to divulge their secrets and show their wounds that are soul deep. To finding something together they have never and making something they can’t let go of.
Bust out the tissues ladies. You just may need them.
Falling With You is emotional and deep but leaves you feeling quite good at the end.

Second Chances/ Friends to Lovers, this one is a feel fest...

Sierra and Aiden come together trying to be friends but their chemistry is just too explosive. At least this group support each other and encourage conversations. Carrie Ann’s stories always sweep me away into the characters lives. And these two have to overcome a few old demon to reach their HEA, but that just makes it all the more sweet. I loved this falling in love tale.

This book continues the Fractured Connections series and we find out more about Sienna and Aiden. Their relationship is complicated, it covers so many emotions love, loss, pain, there is anger and frustration, but they get there in the end. It is touching to see how the Connolly brothers are working to overcome all the hurt in their past and are growing as a family and including their women as part of their family. I love Dillion and hope to see more of him in the future. I also really enjoy the Montgomery cameo appearances.

Book 3 of the Fractured Connection
Aiden is a Connolly brother that was in a relationship with Alison when they were teenagers but when she committed suicide Aiden struggled with not knowing why and there group of friends came together to celebrate her life.
Sienna has love Aiden all her life and when Aiden started dating Alison she put her feelings aside but after becoming adults she couldn’t find the right time or stop arguing with Aiden long enough to tell him.
I love that they both love each other but instead of talking it out they argue like kids and mess with each other.
I absolutely love this author but especially her taste in narrators. Love the duel narrators for each chapter.

Man Aiden and Sienna's story was seriously heart wrenching but thankfully they found their HEA... Loved this one even more than the other Connelly brothers
