Disorderly Conduct was an unexpected, eventful and completely entertaining read. Ms. Zanetti is offering readers something completely different and exciting that will have you laughing out loud.

Anna Albertini is a force. She’s like the girl next door without understanding the concept of danger. She’s smart, intuitive and not afraid to get her hands dirty or a little bruised up. A lawyer who is just getting her feel wet, quickly finds herself deep in shark infested waters. Her determination is too strong to allow her to sink, she keeps her shoulders held high while diving in deep first. She does have this uncanny way of being just in the wrong place at just the wrong time. And yet she keeps on keeping on. Anna has a past that haunts her constantly yet she became a lawyer to help those that may not be able to necessarily help themselves.

Ms. Zanetti is totally rocking the romance suspense with the first release of the new Anna Albertini Files Series. Disorderly Conduct is a fast paced, did that just happen, no way, wait til you see what’s next coming kind of book. Anna’s a strong person with a stronger personality that doesn’t quit and doesn’t back down. For a woman that has her life thrown upside down she handles everything pretty well. Finding out your boss is not who he seems, the one person who has stuck with you through your entire life magically reappears and getting thrown headfirst into something bigger and more dangerous than she’s known, it’s basically just a start. Anna quickly experiences many ups and downs, rights and wrongs, while trying to put all the pieces of this giant puzzle together. They say it’s not good to mix business and pleasure but sometimes there’s no way to separate the two.

I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Anna, and can’t wait to see what excitement we will be in store for with future volumes within the series.

4 Moments define us Stars.

Anna 'Angel' Albertini is fresh out of law school and is one month on the job when shite hits the fan and I mean big time. Her boss Scot has been arrested and she is to go in his place to court with virtually no time she doesn't actually know who she is defending.

Her childhood saviour when she was kidnapped at the age of ten by a twenty five year old and made in to his child bride (not legally) she was saved by Aidan Devlin. Aiden is Aquaman and Jared Padalecki. Nuff said really.

With her misdemeanor trials and the other two the plot comes together although Anna is always wrong place, wrong time. It was hard to get into this book because quite frankly at the beginning I felt Anna to be a bit of a whimp. She is the damsel in distress and takes solace and I get it but you are strong, resilent and kickarse you just need to show it. Cuddling in to the men in her life wasn't my thing. But this is just me. Nevertheless I like Anna and she is a great person with a huge and fantastic Irish/Italian family. There are a lot of laugh out loud moments. I will read the second book I just need the price to drop.

Yes, you read correctly, men. There is Aiden Devlin, Nick Bassalini (her new boss) and the detective Grant Pierce. Each different yet utterly appealing and in the end it is Aiden. There is more to Aiden that meets the eye, his criminal past is too smooth and nothing can be proven. So Anna trusts her instincts. I did not see that twist coming so kudos to you RZ. I would define the genre as romantic suspense comedy.

My verdict, great start to a new series and definitely worth a read!

What happens when your only a month into your job as the new deputy prosecutor? Probably every thing that can go wrong probably will..

A bad ass biker who may or may not be as bad as everyone says he is. A smart-as-a-whip retired JAG officer now Chief Prosecutor and one devishly handsome silver fox detective, meddling Irish/Italian families and a couple of bad guys on the loose and well, Anna Albernetti definitely has her work cut out for her.

This book is easily enjoyable. It feels like a funky new take inspired by Janett Evanovich's Stephanie Plumb series. Maybe some inspiration was taken from it, I don't actually know. What I do know however is this book drew me in from the synopsis. The story line kept me invested, with a few good twists and turns and some hints about what's to come.

Though family was referenced a lot, there wasn't many interactions with them. Oh they still meddled and were OTT but they didn't take away from the story line. When it came to Anna's cousin Pauly my heart melted. Man that kid and his vibe. Hands down probably my favourite character, and the way he was protrayed, brilliant. I like it when authors understand a thing or two about autism and actually incorporate it appropriately.

I liked Anna, she had back bone and integrity. Things she used to basically do the cops job for them. Her character though one in a profession different from my own and with a traumatic past seemed utterly relatable.

I only had one real problem with this book. If it's gonna be a RH that needs to be fleshed out early on. There is no main hero, but as mentioned above three current love interests. To me she has chemistry and fire with two of them. And I definitely wanna see it play out, but I'd rather know by probably end of book two or three depending on how many there are, if shes going to pick someone/s or maybe even no-one and drop them all

NO WAY !!

OMG HUGE LOVE AT FIRST READ !!

I find it hard to be objective because :
1) I met Rebecca two years ago at the RARE in Paris and she was so nice !!
2) I am a huge fan of her books
But I must admit that if I love her urban fantasy books, her suspense romances are AWESOME (absolute LOVE for the Deep Ops series that I recommend without moderation !!) and I was really eager to start this news series that delighted me from start to finish =D

What I particularly liked :
- the plot with the mystery that begins quickly around a mysterious arms / drug trafficking with corrupt officials and bad bikers and lots of deaths = D (I SO NOT expected the identity of one of the villains !!) but also the underlying plot with Anna's stalker ...
- the background with a small town where everyone knows each other (a bit like in the books by Kristen Ashley or Janet Evanovich) but also all the cogs of the prosecutor's office (very Law and Order =D)
- the characters that I adored in particular the heroine Anna for whom I fell in love =D She is courageous, funny, curious and intelligent and I adored following her adventures =)
- romance of course !! Although in this book,
SpoilerAnna sleeps with Aiden
, there are three potential "heroes" in the race ... And that is perhaps the only downside of the book >< I have the impression that Anna will finish with Aiden BUT personally I'm not so fan of him (I'm usually very biker and an Irish biker ... <3 BUT a biker who
Spoiler sells drugs ?? A real criminal ?? Who used Anna's autistic cousin ??
NO WAY !! Buuut when I read what was going on with the DEA agent who did not file a complaint and the federal sources inquiring about Anna's stalker, I think Aiden is more than a simple biker BUT if he isn't, I would be disappointed ><) I much prefer Nick (the sexy Italian prosecutor and a bit manipulative ... This scene in his apartment <3) or Pierce (the older detective but just as hot!) Anyway we will see how it will evolve in the next books ...
- this end <3 I LOVED Anna's choice =D

In short, a first book that I devoured and I can't wait to read the next one to find out who Anna will choose <3

I wanted to like this story more than I did. It was a well written story and the mystery was interesting, but it left too many questions unanswered. It wasn’t like some books where you have major cliffhanger type ending but there are some pretty big threads that still need to be tied off. It will be interesting to see what questions are answered in the next book.

I know the review sounds negative, but it isn’t a bad book which is why 4 stars. It comes down to personal preference on story for me. I don’t know if others have a bingo card of book no’s but I do and this one if a lot of those for me. There was a love triangle, men telling her to stay out of everything, unresolved backstory of the love interest, and a motorcycle gang. It really is a good book and you should check it out.

A very enjoyable read, I really enjoyed the start of this new series and I'm looking forward to more. Anna Albertini is a fun heroine to read about, and the mystery is convoluted and fun. The first person narrative is a departure from her usual style of writing, but it worked really well for this book.
