This was unexpected and confusing and low-key disappointing. A lot of unexpected twists to some of the characters’ journeys, especially Togata. I liked the encounter with Doma, another reminder of how irl things aren’t as black and white as in the movie.
That ending though… I have no clue how things are going to proceed after this.

This volume is definitely my favorite because this is the most complex the Agni gets. You really empathize with him, yet also kinda hate him, therefore: complex. Togata definitely carried this though. They are what carried this entire manga to be honest
