Received a review copy from Netgalley.

This book was super cute! As a cat lover, I loved the story and all the cats. The cat names/profiles made me laugh at the beginning of each chapter. I felt like Ben and Kara were both complex characters and showed some growth as the book went on. I also love how the book showed the importance of adopting a cat and giving it a furever home if possible. It just gave me some good feels.

This was adorable! Since I love cats I really enjoyed the setting with the cat café but also all the cats that lived with the different characters.

Ben was a sweetheart and Kara has the biggest heart with being a veterinarian and caring for all the cats.

Read this is you want a very charming Christmas novel that warms your ❤️

Special thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for a free, electronic ARC of this novel received in exchange for an honest review.

Parts of this book are so cute! Obviously the cats, but I also enjoyed the story and the character of Ben.

That being said, I couldn’t help but get frustrated with Kara near the end. She was so stubborn and it was exhausting. I also really disliked Ben’s manipulative parents. His brother REALLY wronged him and according to his parents, it was Ben’s fault that he wouldn’t just get over it asap.

So overall, it was a fun, Christmas romance, but there were some things that I didn’t love.

this book seemed really cute and promisingly good to read, especially when it comes out for the holiday season.

it is about kara, a veterinarian and owner of a cat cafe and ben, who works in the marketing industry. ben did a quick marketing thing for the cat cafe and when the two meet, it goes pretty sour.

when ben is renovating his house, he finds a kitten and takes it to the cat cafe for help, but there is no room for another cat. while ben works closely with kara on this kitten and with the marketing for the cat cafe, their relationship gets closer as well.

i can’t say this was a really great story since i really didn’t feel any of the feelings the characters felt. i didn’t feel their pain, anxiety, jitters, and excitement. i didn’t see any connection between kara and ben.

Well, this was just THE MOST DELIGHTFUL fluffy, cozy, holiday romcom I could have asked for.

This book felt like a warm hug. A cup of hot chocolate with extra whipped cream. Snuggling under a fuzzy blanket with your cat curled up at your side, purring so loudly the bed shakes (which is, incidentally, how I read the majority of this book. This is Timothy The Wondercat approved!) It ticked all of the boxes for a cozy holiday romcom and I highly recommend it. No need to be a pet lover, by the end of it you will be!

I also want to say, I LOVED that each chapter began with a bio for the cats that are in the book. Such a sweet little detail, and each one was so cute and creative!
