Loved it! I simply have no words how good it is. It just it broke my heart at the end. Which I’m still not okay. Still crying over it. But I so can’t wait to read the rest of the books.

Good story but kind of didnt grip me like the first part.
WHY?? WHY must Alexandra Bracken CONTINUE to rip out my heart?? I just knewwwww something bad was going to happen to one of the children, but I was in denial about it and then it fucking happened and I cried!!! I'm so upset!!!!!
Omg this book was so good. I loved the mystery and the desperation and the characters. Ahgggg Alexandra Bracken does not disappoint when it comes to characters. I got so much stress and anxiety from this book because bad things kept happening, but that's to be expected with an on the run dystopian, but that adds to the appeal. It was so fast paced and intense. And then that ending!! I can't even say anything cause it'll probably be a spoiler and I'm not an asshole, but I was sitting there like yassss bitch!
I just loved it. This series is so good. It's 4 in the morning so I'm going to bed but as soon as I wake up I'm going to pick up In the After Light. I can't wait to see how this series is going to end!

This book is fast paced! You will never be bored! I love the new characters introduced in this book, and was sad they didn't all survive to the end. I'm so glad Liam is back in this book and his brother Cole becomes part of the story. Ruby continues to mature and question the choices she is making.

This was even better than the first book! This book made me so emotional, there was so many sad and great moments in this book and I loved it! This book broke my heart a few times but there were also moments that warmed my heart.
I loved Ruby and Chubs friendship in this book, I loved the new characters we were introduced to in this book, Jude was so sweet and wonderful and Vida was so awesome and badass.
I loved Chubs in this book more than the first one, he's just so great and lovable. Liam annoyed me a bit in this book but I guess that was understandable but I also still loved him and I ship Ruby and Liam so much!
I strangely really love Clancy, he's one of my favourite characters and I loved him in this book, even though he also annoyed me.
I'm so excited to read the last book and to see what happens
