Slow start
Starts very slow. Stick with it. It becomes getting interesting somewhere between chapter 12 and 17. The chapters are short so there are lots of good breaking points. Just stick with it.

A solid 3.5...I just wasn't compelled to round up to 4. It was a fun whodunit that got a little confusing at times with some non-linear aspects to the story. Basically Knives Out meets Groundhog's Day.
definitely interesting but easy to get confused with all the moving parts

An excellently constructed murder mystery with a plethora of meaning. Despite being some 430 pages, it moves rapidly and was a rather quick read. I also really loved the nods to Agatha Christie.
This is a book I'll think about for a long time.

I read the first 66 pages over the course of a week and the final 400 pages in a single day. I couldn't put it down! It's rare to find a book that changes all the rules, but this one did, for sure.
