I absolutely loved this. Tobias is a great character and so are Silvers mother and Bramble, the atmosphere was cozy but also magical and a little dangerous. The finale was exactly what I wish for in a short novel like this. Enough detail to have a grasp of what's going on, but not an in depth explanation of the magic system at work.

This book was so cute and mystical at the same time!!! Its like grumpyxsunshine trope crossed with woodland mythical magic AND ITS JUST SO CUTE. I will say, it did get a little confusing at some parts because so much was going on but I was stunned (in a good way). 

The way that Tesh was able to fit such a beautiful, eventful story in just 125 pages blows my mind (AND DEFINITELY GO READ THE SECOND BOOK, ILL LEAVE MY REVIEW THERE ASWELL)

I 10,000% recommend this book to anybody looking for a cute mlm read
