I freaking loved this book so much. I am genuinely aggravated that I can't spend my days dedicated to rereading this book over and over and over again. Mercer and Blake are absolutely my relationship goals. If my future MMC does not let me brat as hard as Mercer while promising to never ignore me, then I genuinely do not want it. I swear I'm so grateful that romance has evolved from goodie two shoes fmc's so that characters like Mercer can exist. I thought grumpy/sunshine was my fave trope but between Little Demon and Sainted I am convinced that brat/brat tamer is peak. There is nothing hotter than a little shit running wild and setting the world on fire and their MMC that thinks it's fucking adorable. I want all the brat recs forever more.

This is, again, one of those times when I’m not even sure how to word a review … I loved this book so much that I’m not sure how to explain it. All the brattitude (yeah, it’s a thing) of Little Demon, all the coolness of Blake and his brothers/friends, all the nicknames, the smut (holly cow, I don’t think I’ve read another book with this much cumplay), all the action and the domestic, melty moments ... and it's not even the full list.
This book is like a puzzle: there is an amazing story that you try to figure out along with the MCs, trying to find who is lying to whom, and what is everyone’s endgame in this war over money and power. I still don’t know how Nordika’s brain comes up with these complicated storylines full of deceit that just make you hold on to your seat with both hands. Blake is trying to solve the complicated puzzle that is Mercer and it becomes one of the most challenging and most enjoyable tasks of his life. Mercer is trying to puzzle out how he can control and manipulate the hot as hell but calm and collected Blake … or does he even really have to? Doesn’t Blake just give him everything he never knew he needed? They are both incredibly unique characters, but Blake is not out to tame Mercer, no matter how much the lingerie-wearing, witty, and lethal brat testing his patience. There is nothing off-limits when it comes to sex between these two, and they do get beyond filthy. There are a whole lot of amazing side characters, enough action to make you bite your nails, unique fashion choices and so many sweet moments that you would want to devour this book in one sitting.

it’s painful to say because i loved the from nothing series but this is awful.
Nordika se merece recibir más atención. Pero no de la que se hace viral sino aquella que valora los libros que, aún usando clichés conocidos, construyen una historia inteligente y llena de posibilidades que se aleja de los recursos y resoluciones fáciles, con personajes repletos de capas y aristas. Es entretenida, te hace pensar, te hace sentir y te deja con ganas de más.
