Love mercer and Blake

This book was really different from what I could have expected, I was worried about some Daddy kink but it was not the case, Blake even hated it so that was perfect for me. This story has an interesting way to talk about Mercerās trauma, his reaction, his coping mechanisms, there is a concrete explanation but also a journey towards acceptance and healing.
Blakeās family is quite special, now that his brother has to marry into a powerful family he suspects that his father has a plan. After 5 years away, he never thought that when he comes back, he would take care of a huge peculiar young man. Mercer is put aside by all his family, spent many years in behaviour facilities causing him to have various disorders which he answered by becoming a real manipulative brat. And with Blake, he truly found his opponent, there is the development of a kind of game between the two, where Mercer fights for attention and Blake makes him work for it, to help him overcome his fears and most of all reconquered his persona.
This book is a fight for identity, self-confidence, affirmation - with a strict role in the bedroom but both characters have a dominant side in their own way !!
Overall I loved the book, just find it a little bit too long, I think I would love to read more about the brothers (again awesome brothers

Ahhhh. My little twitterpated heart is so obsessed with Blake and Mercer. I LOVED them.
So much hurt/comfort and possessiveness wrapped up nicely in a grumpy/sunshine bratty bow.
They plot was predictable as all hell but honestly? I was able to suspend my belief of it all just to keep reading the connection between the main characters.
This is my first time reading a book by this author and I will definitely be reading more!

Another awesome book by Nordika Night. Loved both Blake & Mercer. The dynamic between them was intriguing and boy was it hot

I enjoyed it for the most part, but the last 20% or so didnāt really feel cohesive with the rest of the storytelling. That being said, if there are future books set in this universe Iāll definitely be giving them a read as I loved the main and secondary characters and would love to see more of their dynamics as their relationships evolve.
