this book broke me
every.single.part.of.me.

This also i the first book I’ve ever tabbed and i almost used all of my orange tabs (which were things that made me angry fyi)

It made me feel every single emotion. A lot of anger, lots of happiness, much love, regret, little too much fear, an overload of sadness, surprise, joy,  a sprinkle of disgust here and there, so much anticipation, everything honestly. 

It hurt everywhere. Even in places I didn’t know could hurt this much.

I expected it to be more atlas and lily tbh


I can’t mentally, emotionally, virtually, physically, spiritually, digitally, organically and traumatically handle this much pain and sadness.

My therapist will hear about this. >:-(


Gonna be crying for the next couple of hours until my eyes hurt too much to cry, but until then,

I really did love his book. I never quite understood the cycle of abuse until it was displayed so clearly and realistically through Lily’s POV.  I also LOVE how the epilogue turned out (minor spoiler: lily and atlas forevaaa). I couldn’t give this five stars because I felt there was something missing, but I just couldn’t put my finger on it. I think this book could’ve benefited from a second point of view??? Idk but still I loved it and I think it’s a great read 💕💕
