So good!

Love this book! I think it fits in perfectly with Kathryn Moon’s omegaverse and I loved the little mentions of characters from the previous books. Looking forward to the next book and hopefully many many more!!!!

Because I’m juggling too many books and I want to do this book justice. I’ve read it before, I know I enjoy it (I like all the sweetverse books, though I have favourites) but I’m not quite in the best mood for this, and I think I want to start from the beginning and read the series in order, taking notes/quotables as I go.

I hesitated to pick this one up because it always looked terrific whenever it was recommended or popped up in KU. I really wanted to read it! I mean, we have 2 omegas, underground fighting, even the criminal side of things, and an already established pack. But this series is really hit or miss for me. Especially the ones written by Lana Kole. They tend to be on the sweeter side of things, and I really want the nitty gritty side. So I thought this one was going to fill that void that I got from the previous book in the series, and on the one hand, it did hit those elements, but then, on the other hand, it didn't hit them hard enough. I enjoyed it more than Lyric, though. I really liked the ideas of this one and the whole 2 omega side of things. I just wanted more of them, especially of their POVs. I'm curious about Kole's other books outside of this series. They have exciting ideas and enjoyable elements, but I want more.

Quite shit with so many loose ends. SO bad compared to the other author which sucks bc there was a lot of potential. Also wtf was up with the 3rd person??
