This book raised some good arguments. I like that it included questions, recommended readings, and even the direct, simplified answers to the questions. I feel like people who are skeptical are still going to be skeptical unless the holy spirit is at work in them.

I did not enjoy this book. I admire people who seek religion to find answers from people who are likely to have answers, but the fact of the matter was that this book was set in cement long before it was actually a study conducted.
This author claimed to be open-minded, but I didn't find that in his questioning tactics. He wanted the answers to fit inside his own understanding and that was not okay with me as a reader, or seeker.

I highly recommend this book. Going after the evidence to prove Jesus is who He says he is was just amazing.

This was a beloved read from my university years and I bought the book to add to my collection. Strobel writes a compelling account of why Jesus is very likely to be exactly who he said he was. I think believers should be prepared to give an answer for their faith, and this book will provide many such answers from a Apologetics point of view.
I got this book as a suggestion for examining my beliefs.
Did it change my views at all? No
Did it make me want to question things even more than before? Yes
I'm happy that the author seemed to reach his own conclusion by the end of his research. As a scholar of Religious Studies, and more specifically Judaism, I did not come comfortably to the same end. There are a lot more questions I have to ask, and a lot of things that I felt were not answered completely. The book is well written and is presented in a manner that I think is best for this sort of book to be presented in. I think the chapter divisions are well done and the interviews were very interesting.
