Oh my goodness. This book is everything. I am in love with Leo MF Hernandez. And have a major girl crush on Mary. This story had me in my feels, laughing, swooning, fanning my face and screaming. Leo and Mary are soulmates, plain and simple. This is a slow burn but the tension, my gosh. So freaking good. And when things heat up, well like I said- I found myself waving my kindle in front of my face lol.
Clay has been my number one but I honestly think Leo has taken it over. He talks to her in Spanish… say less, am I right?!
But speaking of Clay- the epilogue had be crying happy tears. I’m so happy for all of them and where their paths are taking them. I love this group so much.

It would be difficult not to be smitten by Leo and Mary. I felt so much while reading that my heart was beating so fast and hard that I could feel it in my chest. This book was one of my favorites of the series.

I made it 68% in. At first it was good then quickly went downhill.

The idea is good, the execution is terrible, Mary is not like other girls, she has tattoos, plays games and O.M.G, SHE LISTENS, She also "curvy", she "might" stretch his jerseys out while the reader "us" has no idea what either of these people actually look like? we have a vague idea.
Also this man literally rejected her for being ugly at 15 years old, made her life hell, ruined her high school experience but THATS ok, he gets a pass, because he's hot.
