This was an interesting story.
I don’t have a lot to say about it other than I wish the narrator had either committed to the southern accent for Verity or not at all because half the time it didn’t work.
Hudson is interesting and a little possessive for only knowing Verity for what a week. Overall interesting book.

I have to say I was a little gunshy about this book. I love Helena Hunting, I have all her books, but I haven't read much from the other authors (yet) and wasn't sure what to except. I have done a few exercises like this over the years and they are always hit or miss. But let me just say that this is a big HIT. The characters are amazing, the chapters are seamless.

Not horrible. Not great. I wished there was more to Hudson’s pov. It didn’t give me any feelings or emotions. 🤷🏻♀️
This book is a total trip. I have never read anything like it where there is a different author each chapter.
It had me smiling and laughing out loud the entire time. Even though I found Verity to be sooo judgmental at times, especially early on. I If you are looking for a fun, quick, romance read - give this a shot.
