This was a straightforward and easy to listen to exploration of our need for nature, with a focus on mental health. Some of the research and scientific mechanisms I already knew, but there were also new things for me to learn. I also appreciated that there were a few practical solutions and calls to action. An enjoyable but probably not very memorable book for me.

I didn't necessarily come out of reading this feeling massively more informed but it did help me to feel more grounded in my place in the world and more connected to nature.

This was great. It's not super depressing (unless you have no clue what's going on), it's hopeful and it talks about some of what's being done. It's definitely motivating to get out into the dirt(soil) more and smell everything green.

An interesting read. Lots of insight into several research projects into how interacting with the nturl world has benefits to people's wellbeing, especially mental health.
Well written and researched.
