i loved the style of the writing,the descriptions,the thrill of reading the book that sets you on edge wondering what will happen next even if you have already read the book before.Harry being visited by Dobby and Dobby's methods trying to save him seems funny,frustrating and endearing all at once.Hermione in true bookworm fashion,still manages to help ron and harry despite being petrified,all thanks to a piece of paper from a book.an interesting read no matter how many times you read it

What can I say about this book that hasn't been written yet ?...
I began reading this series (I had only read the first before this year) when Tom started his #HarryPotter2020 challenge. I thought why not participate ? With all the people surrounding me looooooving Harry Potter, it felt weird of me not to have read all the books. I felt like a freak outsider !
And I really enjoy this series, how inventive it is. My favourite is Hermione, the talented know-it-all. The part in the forbidden forest was scary and the flying car gone wild was great. Yet, as much as I was entertained, if it would have been up only to me, Harry Potter would never have been *that* much successful. I love it, but I'm not raving. I understand why it had so much success, though.
Anyway, I had a good time and I'm ready for the next !

- Because that's what Hermione does," said Ron, shrugging. "When in doubt, go to the library."

Gdy mieszkałam w Londynie, miałam w zwyczaju wsiadać do czerwonego dwupiętrowego autobusu i godzinami zwiedzać miasto. Portobello Road, Tower Bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus... Obrazy zmieniały się za szybą niczym w kalejdoskopie, a ja, przez cały ten czas, miałam w głowie jedną myśl: "Czy po tej ulicy kiedykolwiek biegał Harry?", "Czy to na tej stacji metra wysiadł z Hagridem w drodze do Dziurawego Kotła?", "Czy nad tym budynkiem przelatywał z Ronem starym Fordem Anglią?" A potem, z nogami sztywnymi od siedzenia, biegałam od antykwariatu do antykwariatu, szukając kolejnych części serii o świecie czarodziejów. Dziś, czytając "Komnatę Tajemnic", czule uśmiecham się do tych wspomnień.
Jestem pod wrażeniem precyzyjności J.K. Rowling. Do tej pory nie dopatrzyłam się w książkach żadnej luki fabularnej, co przy tak złożonej historii jest naprawdę imponujące. Co więcej, Joanne zadbała o najdrobniejsze szczegóły - każda scena, każde padające z ust bohaterów słowo ma logiczny sens wynikający z wcześniej opisanych zdarzeń. A przecież w tym gatunku literackim tak łatwo byłoby wytłumaczyć wszystko Zapisanym w Gwiazdach Przeznaczeniem! Nie mogłam pojąć, jak autorce udało się stworzyć tak dopracowaną opowieść i nie zgubić czy zniechęcić się gdzieś po drodze - dopiero później wyczytałam, że szkielet całej serii serii skrupulatnie tworzyła przez 5 lat, gromadząc sterty notatek sięgające pod sam sufit. No jestem z niej strasznie dumna!
