Truly hilarious story, highly entertaining with wit and charm. A refreshing take on the Goldilocks story that is sure to delight.

It's a clever story that should appeal to any child. It is an attractive book with illustrations are bright and playful and the story has the nice sinister edge of a good fairy tale that should keep them hooked to the end while still being light and fun.

A good measure of the humour will appeal to adults as well so a great story to read to the kids.

Hahahah! Leave it up to Mo Willems to write a hilarious fractured version of the Three Bears.

All I can say is who doesn't love a Mo Willems book? This one was just as great as all the others!!!!

All I can say is that Mo Willems is the greatest and that this book is hilarious and very clever.

I read this book for a Children’s Literature course at the University of Guelph. I was unfamiliar with this author before this course. However, after reading this story, I think this is an author that should reside on many children’s bookshelves. In this story, Goldilocks accidentally finds herself in the wrong story, in which she encounters three dinosaurs instead of 3 bears. The book parodies the classic Goldilocks and the three bears story by pointing out significant flaws in the original tale. One of these flaws includes the obliviousness of Goldilocks. This book is filled with sarcasm, humour and even a couple appearances of everyone’s favourite pigeon. A lovely book indeed, I highly recommend it!

A little disappointed in this one. We are always excited to find a Mo Willems book we haven't read before, but the humor is too advanced in this one for any child under 6 or 7.

There is a picture on the wall of Daddy Dinosaur wearing a tie, name tag, and hard hat, next to an oil rig (like an ad for a petroleum company) and the tagline is 'We are oil and gas'. A poster for the dinosaur basketball teams, the Asteroids, has the tagline 'Feel the BOOM!'. Hilarious. My kids didn't get it but still love the book. So funny and self-aware.

E (age 7)- I think it was funny and definitely a 5 because it was from Mo Willems and Mo Willems makes the funniest books. And he made the dinosaurs not know a lot about Goldilocks. She was so short that their chairs and beds were so tall that she couldn't sit on them. The funniest part was when Goldilocks went out the back door and went to the bears house.

Me - I loved how E giggled on almost every page as she was reading. A fun retelling that I completely recommend. There are some fun details in the books that connect to Willems other books like a little picture of Pigeon in one of the scenes. The drawings are the same minimalist style as Elephant and Piggie. It makes a great read aloud with opportunities to use different voices which is always fun for kids to hear.

Yet another fine offering from Mr. Willems, who Mo certainly nailed this one. I loved that the Norwegian dinosaurs had a calendar that read: "Norway: The Gateway to Sweden".

Mo Willems, you beautiful bastard. After reading your "Elephant and Piggy" books, I would not hesitate to call you the best children's author of this millennium (to say nothing of the "Pigeon" books). I have nothing left to say about your books, beyond: You did it again!
