the moral of the story is great!

Cute version with a twist of the classic Goldilocks and the three bears story. This would be a great read-a-loud.
Meh. I could see how some people like this book. It's clever. But, my girls didn't care for it one way or the other.
Mo Willems tells the Goldilocks story with a twist -- dinosaurs try to entrap her by leaving delicious chocolate pudding about. They wait for a "poorly supervised" child to come along so they can enjoy chocolate-filled-kid bon-bons. It's very funny. I snorted and laughed out loud reading this one!
Cute adaptation of the story. Enjoyed the big vocabulary words and the silliness of the story. Had a good laugh with this one.
Mo Willems’ once again writes a delightful children’s book infused with.... attempted murder, dark humor and subverted expectations??
(Small-fry giggles the whole time, especially when I read the “TIME FOR BON BONS” line like the muppet’s Swedish Chef)

A wonderful tongue in cheek re-telling. Three dinosaurs try to catch a "little succulent child." Thus enters Goldilocks, a little girl who didn't listen to anyone or anything. Nice morals at the end too.
Ha! Such a fun children's book, and with plenty to entertain a grownup along the way. Mo Willems is great in general, but this was an especially enjoyable read. My daughters (ages 6 and 9) were delighted with it.
