i felt like all of the dialogue was so unrealistic for sixteen year old girls. i also HATED how the author introduced each character’s race so blatantly. as a poc, it made me feel super gross

3 stars. This was fine. Nothing special but the plot was cool. I didn’t particularly like any of the characters but the romance between Mina and Evelyn was so freakin’ cute. It developed at a nice pace. I thought the writing was good but the pacing was a bit weird which made it a slower read that wasn’t always the most interesting read. Overall this was okay.
