This book is flat and haphazardly written. I mean I can get through some bad books but this is just a really rough read.
I feel like everything is just slapped together with no real thought behind it.

Strong story, lovely retelling, emotional attachment, strong she character, beautiful spice, yet feels like chunks are missing we rushed the ending but gave a twist drop for the second book. Great problem solving. Feels like a strong book for a multi series addition. Overall would read over and over for a quick read.

I am so happy this is over. I got it because I was so super excited to start reading on my kindle and it was on sale and I've seen it all over tik tok and I thought great!!! Girl.
I think I'm most upset about the world they live in, it's so confusing?? There's literally Olympus and Greek Gods but also UC Berkeley and IUDs and Princess LeIA is referenced like I'm so upset.
