I seriously love how the author has kept up the chemistry in Kai and Paedyn! It is what I fell in love with at the beginning of this series.
I was already expecting the twist in the story, just not how it played out.
I am happy on how the ending played out, just not how it ended entirely. Some of the scenes in this book just seemed the characters were playing into the whole martyr mentality and others I just did not vibe with how it played out.
Overall, I do recommend the series. The author was able to keep my attention and it did have its moments.
