I got to 45% and then DNFd it. Too boring & slow for me.
A story about the modern woman. A story many of us could relate to a woman married to her job until she realizes she wants more out of life and thinks she can have it all until she realizes everyone around her is miserable. It's up to her to take account for the relationships she has in her life.

This book was very stressful to read. The portrayal of anxiety, bullying, familial pressures, and work-life balance were extremely good. But that's what made it stressful, it was too real. I didn't really connect with any of the characters, and the romance was the type I like least- lust at first sight. I don't see why he liked her.

September’s Amazon book choice.
There was nothing new or special about this story, but it was a good book to listen to during a busy day doing chores.
Overall, most of the story line was very cliche, and the characters were one-dimensional, but the story did move along

Couldn’t put it down! Well written and thoroughly enjoyed, can’t wait to read more from this author
3.5/5
Your typical light-hearted, dramatic, predictable story. Fun read but nothing special!

Reads like a poorly written fan fiction. Has the emotional depth of a middle school or AI author.
This was a bit of a bitter pill to swallow. Although I was never that intense with my job, I do have workaholic tendencies. But the past year has given me the time to think further into my future and that not everything should be about work. I started my freelancing business as a side step before supposedly pursuing further studies but everyday new worries plague my mind and I'm not even sure if I'll be able to leave in the next 2 years and take my MA in another country. It stresses me out a lot having to think about these things but I need to remind myself to take things one day at a time.
While Nicole Palmieri reminded me too much of how I used to run my life, I determined to reach the kind of ending she did in this book (minus the hot and muscular guy by her side, I guess).
Life, Unscheduled was a perfect light read to get me out of my reading slump. Two thumbs up to you, Kristin Rockaway!
