A slow but solid end to the series. The action was consistent throughout the book, but that sort of what made the culmination to the final scene sort of bland. Loved Keera as always, and I will miss reading about this world.

I enjoyed this and this series overall. This is the final book of the series. This one was slower than the other books but did have action and other things happening. Definitely recommend checking this series out. Definitely has TOG series vibes.

A decent ending but it felt like a lot of my favorite characters from the first 2-3 books like Riven, Nikolai, Syrra and Vrail were all sidelined for most of the book to make room for the former Shades and Keera’s new allies like Gerarda and Elaran. I was also super frustrated with Gwyn’s attitude for the first 2/3 of the book, how she never learned or grew from it, and seemed to just get rewarded for her mistakes.

it’s a decent conclusion for the series but I got bored of the main character just feeling responsible for everyone and their decisions. She does not learn and it keeps on coming up until the end.

❤️ Riven x Keera
