This may be my new favourite Kotaro Isaka book, maybe on par with ‘Three Assassins’. I prefer it to ‘The Mantis’ and ‘Bullet Train’.
Ladybug grows on me each book! I love his character, such fun! I love his bond with Maria and seeing it a lil more this book.
Cola and Soda felt rather similar to Lemon and Tangerine but with their differences, I enjoyed them
for their short time in the book
.
I loved the big reveal with the politician guy that’s name has escaped me and I’m too tired to check it, I never expected that!!! And Inui’s character and bond with K was very sweet when it was revealed that he isn’t a wanker, to an extent I don’t know. I liked it though!!!! Crazyily tense throughout!

Another book with AMAZINGLY WRITTEN ACTION! I truly hope we see this one on the big screen!!! The details were amazing! I could fully picture EVERYTHING! I love this book so much and I have to say, I think Isaka is my favourite author. Always bangers. Great book and a fun read!

This is a fantastic instalment in the  Three Assassins series. I loved this one so much. We see the return of Nanao our unlucky Ladybird who must deliver a present to a guest. Nice and easy, right? of course nothing goes smoothly for ladybird and he realises there is multiple assassins at this hotel. We get multiple POVs and its all go go go which kept me entertained and turning those pages. I found it great that we got to meet more new assassins with fantastic codenames too. This is a fun fast paced  thriller/mystery that will have you laughing and ignoring all other responsibilities.

I realized after I started reading that I'm skipping around in the reading order, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment.

Not quite as memorable as the other books in the series, but still quick and entertaining! Loved Nanao just as much as I did in Bullet Train, and all the new characters were fun and interesting, but I think the ending was a little abrupt.
