Wow. Just...crazy.
I watched Yeonmi Park's One Young World speech a while ago, but I didn't make the connection between it and this book until I reached the very end of the memoir. She's been through some pretty horrific stuff, and it's scary to think that this shit is still going on in the world today... even more unbelievable when I consider how comparatively easy my own life has been. In 2007, she was trapped in a human trafficking ring, whereas my biggest worry at the time was uhhhhh getting a high score in DDR?

Anyway, a horrifically fascinating memoir.
