My second Freida book, she does such a great job writing things you don’t want to put down but after enjoying Never Lie, this one fell short for me. Sydney was pretty annoying (how did girly survive this book idk) and I preferred the flashback chapters with Tom a lot more. Again, did not guess the ending (pleasant surprise) so bonus point for that but I was a bit disappointed in how everything wrapped up. nothing super special for me here! I was entertained and that is nice :)

What a great book! Keeps you on your toes and the twists and turns just keep coming. Right when you think you know what’s going on, you don’t. Definitely was NOT expecting the ending. Finished in one day, I loved it. Definitely a 5 star read/listen for me.

I ate up every crumb of this book and more! The twists had me in a chokehold.

Could have done without Sydney, but the rest of the book makes up for it.
