Finalmente terminé esta saga y debo decir que, si bien creo que tiene muchos altibajos, me gustó. Hablando de esta última novela en particular, me parece que le faltó desarrollo en muchas partes, se sintió que todo pasaba demasiado rápido y algunas cosas con demasiada facilidad. Si bien, en general las cosas que pasaron me gustaron, siento que le hubiese venido muy bien tener mas páginas, sobre todo al principio. Fue dentro de todo una conclusión satisfactoria pero pudo haber sido mejor. Como el resto de la serie en su conjunto, tenía mucho potencial que no se supo aprovechar al máximo. Igualmente son libros divertidos y como lectura ligera estan muy bien.
Relectura: la verdad que esta vez me gustó mas la novela y la saga en general, pero debo decir que también capté algunas cosas que antes no había notado. Un ejemplo claro son los devorados, no me pareció muy consistente como se los presenta en el primer libro y los que vemos en este. Siento que hay mucho que no nos explicaron de ellos y hace un poco inverosimil que hayan ayudado en la batalla final. Después Alex como villano no me encantó. Entiendo lo que quisieron hacer con su personaje, creo que lo hicieron bien, pero no es el tipo de villano que a mi me gusta. Pero, como me había pasado antes, la novela se me hizo muy amena y bastante divertida, incluso mas que la primera lectura.

Didnt rlly get why they introduced a new evil guy like seemed very irrelevant but still soooo much love for this book ihihi

'I believed I mentioned this in the previous review but the characters didn’t match their age. In this book they would have been 16 I think but yet they still spoke and responded rather child like 12 or something. I think they needed maturity added to them, just a tad. It was hard to connect to the characters after 5 books because they didn’t really develop they just stayed the same.'...

Decent. I actually kept expecting twists at the end, because the path seemed too straightforward for Holly Black's usual story crafting. But things turned out rather exactly as they seemed, without much feeling of dramatic protagonist character growth, as I suppose I was hoping for. Though at times it could feel phoned-in, I did enjoy this conclusion and this series, and I would recommend, only to appropriate younger age groups. If you are an adult reader, stick to Black's older series.
