astounded by the fact that the producer who fed Kelly Wiglesworth behind the scenes on season 1 of survivor was also the person who told Alex Michele on season 1 of the bachelor to not propose to Trista (who would then go on to be the first bachelorette!) like wtf. reading this book was worth it for this fact alone, the most insane crossover of all time. scott sandman i am in your walls

Very interesting look at the history of reality shows and TV. There is quite a bit that covers the actual history (going back to the 1940s/50s) and development into what we consider reality tv today. Personally I felt that dragged as I was much more interested in the more current era of reality.
