cute

Very sweet story. It was a quick and easy read. Be forewarned that it is an insta-love, which isn’t my favorite. But I love the happily ever after ending

When an overheard phone call pushes two people together, is it fate working her hand. Stephen is on a working vacation with a little bit of soul searching. Skye needs a miracle of a date to wedding so the ex’s mother will leave her alone for good. Hello fate!!!! Stephen and Skye have the attraction and chemistry, not to mention the heat they throw back and forth with each other. Throwing caution to the wind Stephen and Skye give in the passion and desires, the raw feeling and emotions that they have created. When the foundation starts to crumble under the two, in steps the Reeds to lead their helping hand.

I love the depth of emotion and rawiness of the More Than Words Series. Each story of the series has hit my heart in one way or another. More Than Pleasure You, I can happily say hits all the right buttons and leaves a lasting impression on the reader. I love that Ms. Black gets deep into the minds and emotions of both Stephen and Skye. Yet they are fun together and the banter they share is remarkable. It was highly enjoyable to see Stephen and Skye figure it out.

A great addition to the More Than Series. Shayla Black once again creates characters that we cannot help but fall in love with. What do you do when your ex-boyfriend's mother will not let the relationship die, especially when that same ex is getting married? You absolutely find a hot, sexy man to become your fake fiance. What starts out as fake between Skye and Stephen becomes so much more. But when his real reason for being in Hawaii becomes known can Skye get past his deception? Can you mix love and lies? This might not be as long as the other books in the series but it does not lack in enjoyment and entertainment.

Another amazing book in the More Than Words Series! Stephen and Skye have off the charts chemistry. Stephen is trying to figure out his next move in life and business. Skye is living in the moment and taking a chance on Stephen. They both must learn to love and trust each other. This story is full of all the emotion and feels that is standard with any Shayla Black story but it also has surprises and humor. This is another amazing steamy story in the More Than Words Series!

Flawless. Absolutely flawless. But I don't know why I am surprised. This is Shayla Black, and her words are pure gold. She could literally write anything and have people hanging off her every word.

She did just that with More Than Pleasure You. This is part of a series of books in the More Than Words series and also a short 1,001 Dark Knights novella. It can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend this series. It's one of my all-time favorites.

Skye's invited to her ex's wedding, and she doesn't want to go alone, she doesn't want to appear as single to Finn's mother. The groom's mother is convinced that they belong together, but the thing is, the ex-mother in law doesn't realize that they've only ever truly been friends and nothing more. These two get along fine and Skye actually loves the girl Finn is marrying. So when an insanely attractive man overhears a convo Skye is having, he can't help but offers to step in as a fake fiance... Why wouldn't she agree to it? It may actually get the ex-mother in law off her back.

Stephen moved to Hawaii for a mini-vacation, which he doesn't do often. He's always so busy at his father's firm and now that he's being prepped to take over, it just keeps getting busier, but he took time for himself to figure out what he wants in HIS life, among a few other reasons.

With very little time to prepare for this wedding and this lie they'll be living and to make it believable, are they able to? Will everyone be convinced that Stephan and Skye are are to be married? Will the mother inlaw? Are they able to keep in professional and strictly business or will the spark between these two ignite, leaving them to fall in love for real?

These two had crazy insane chemistry, and the sexual tension is pulsating around them. They are attracted to each other, and they try and stick to the deal they've made. But are they able to? Or is the attraction and desire they have for one another just too strong.

I love love love this story! It was fun, and short and packed with heat and steaminess and so much more. The characters were fun, and the plot was mildly paced and as always Ms. Black's style of writing flowed perfectly, making it easy to fall in love with the story and the characters. It was the perfect novella and I hope to see more of these two!

As always, Shayla Black delivered an outstanding, deliciously hot, fun and addictive plot that had me hanging off every word. She never disappoints!

6/5 Stars!

This was a fun novella and a great addition to the More Than Words series / 1001 Dark Nights series. In this story, Skye needs a date to her ex’s wedding and Stephen overhears and steps in - can they convince everyone it’s a real relationship? There’s certainly a lot of hot chemistry and great banter between these two! Shayla Black packed a lot into this novella, and delivers on all the things you would want out of a quick, hot story!

Absolutely breathtaking but I’d expect nothing less by Shayla Black!! This is book 5.5 of the series you can read it as a standalone but it is better if you’ve read the others to understand all of the complexities of the characters as they all make an appearance in the story. This is Stephen and Skye’s story he comes to a rental property that she’s the caretaker of and she needs a favor that he’s more than willing to help with because he’s on vacation and nothing to do. However they soon learn that there is something at play that neither of them expected. This book was definitely a page turner that once I started I couldn’t stop. I love her work it always makes me smile and she does it flawlessly I know if I want a complete story that gives me all the feels to read her stories.
