this just feels so slow.

Such a beautiful book! This has got to be the best romantic book ever! I cried all the way through the book. Cecelia Ahern has a gift of bringing out emotions alive! This book will always remain a favorite to me!

I had the benefit of not seeing the film, which seems to have put previous reviewers off the book. I really enjoyed the book, which made me laugh and cry in equal measure. Will be looking out for more of her books.

I liked this book, especially for a first. For being 470 pages, I breezed through it fairly quickly. I also think this was a little better than the movie, and I liked the fact that they are Irish in the book, although I missed the Irish guy at the end of the movie and the part of the movie where the mother's husband left her. I thought that added a lot. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes chick flicks. Oh, and call me cold-hearted but this didn't make me cry. Although, I don't believe I've ever cried while reading a book. That's all for now folks!

I actually liked the movie better, though I may have a bias as I've seen the movie so many times I may have an inappropriate attachment to it. This book was definitely a good story and a cute, easy read.

I made the mistake of seeing the movie first, I LOVED IT, and as always I thought the book would be better. *sigh* this just wasn't the case for me :( I found it very difficult to lose myself in this, as it was so different from what I was expecting. It is still 4 star worthy :)
