I really enjoyed reading this book and at the same time constantly felt that there was something missing (though I'm not quite sure what). I read it in about 4 hours -- I think that it was the perfect start to my winter break reading.

There are very few things I disliked about Autoboyography, but I won't talk about them. However, I will talk about how fun, delicate and ultimately cute this story is. So much so that I spent my day reading the last 90% of what isn't a short book. Tanner is a delightful protagonist, and Sebastian is the type of romantic interest that we can't help falling in love with—I don't even mind the .

I feel bad rating this book because it wasn’t bad necessarily but it wasn’t for me. The reason the author spent more time on internal dialogue than they actually did having the characters actually make any meaningful changes to their lives. Poor tanner deserved better if I’m being honest.
This book is *everything.* The inside contents are as stunningly gorgeous as the cover, which is a mesmerizing work of art. The second half had me struggling to hold my tears back at work, and I loved every moment of it. It's not so much the forbidden romance element that does it for me, but the genuine, sweet journey of romance that grabs me full-force and has me handing my whole heart over to these characters. I love, love, love it, I can't get enough, and I desperately wish there was a sequel to this so that I could continue enjoying this truly special connection alongside Tanner and Sebastian.
