I’m just bored. I think if I read this a few years ago and/or hadn’t already read A New Earth or The Power of Now, I would’ve been more engaged.

This book embodied spiritual bypassing. It's basic message was, "Just don't do it and you'll reach enlightenment." It completely disregarded the human experience, systems of oppression and basic psychology in favor of walking around superior to others. There were a few gems of interest but for the most part it was a disappointing read that offered no real encouragement or tangible support.

First few chapters has some helpful insights. I was enjoying the book until about halfway through, at which point the writing got pretty repetitive.
