I've loved this book since I was a kid, reading my dad's childhood copy with him. Now I read that same copy to my son. Brilliant. We even have a white dog with black spots all of our own.

A classic! Harry doesn't like baths and has a very fun day but inverts his colors, causing his family to question his identity.

Minor thing for me was realizing that there aren't any nonwhite people in the city- sure, this was illustrated in teh 1950s but people of the global majority definitely *existed* then...
