I listened to the audiobook, and for me the beginning and the end were good, I wasn't as interested in the middle chapters. It brings some philosophical discussions about grief, happiness, hope, and the meaning of life. I enjoyed the reference to the "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams.

Got halfway through before I had to return it to the library, but I still found it a bit boring.

Overall found this book to be rambling with no clear direction. Also, much of the content included throwing around names of philosophers and authors along with direct quotes rather than the author's own new perspectives or ideas.
