Really eye opening! Enjoyed the real life examples. However, became slightly repetitive towards the end

If you read ‚how to heal yourself‘ you already know 2/3 of this book.
I love Dr. LePera‘s work, so i didn‘t mind. I saw it as a reminder how to do the work.

I loved the journal prompts, the citied sources, and how she provided  examples from her clients. At times, it felt repetitive and a bit slow, or I felt like some areas could have another example or a bit more of an explanation. I felt there was a bit too much of generalizations being made. However, I did also relate to numerous parts of the book as well! I feel like it’s be a book I can pick back up for the journal prompts, tools, and examples to recall from.

There was some good stuff in this book but it was so boring. I listened to it and often drifted off and missed whole sections. Also because I listened to it, I couldn’t do any of the exercises. It probably would have been better to read.

This book was full of guidance on how to regulate your own nervous system so you’re able to better connect with others. I especially found the last couple chapters interesting - how energy is contagious and how the frequency of the earth relaxes us.
