Ha Ha Hoooo!
Wow, was this book good! At first, I’ll admit it was a bit slow for my taste, but as the story went on, you really get into it. Even though it’s a children’s book, it was captivating and emotional. I went through so many feelings throughout, and towards the end, it really gets your heart racing!
The writing is so well done that I sometimes forgot it was written from the perspective of a dog. It captures everything—from the heart to the personality of all the animals—so brilliantly, it’ll make you think, “Wow, could this book have been written by an actual dog? Is this truly how they view the world?”
On top of that, the artwork scattered throughout the book is breathtakingly beautiful—I wish I could just jump into it!
I will definitely be rereading this book and would recommend it to readers of all ages.
