It was okay but not great. The BDSM representation was better than some books, however it still was a pretty toxic view of how BDSM actually works.

The ending was kinda terrible.

Honestly I don't think I've read a book like this. I think it was pretty good.

I loved being back in the Merciless world! I have a weakness for Declan and was dying for his story. I adored seeing the different facets he showed behind closed doors. He’s a firm hand with a soft touch. Braelynn seems to be playing a very dangerous game without even realizing she’s gotten herself mixed up in it. I enjoyed seeing her ask for what she needed and watching as he rose to the occasion. I can’t wait for the next installment!

Ready, set, go, and hang on while you do it! This is a great read that will leave you begging for more and for Declan!

It was a quick smut palette cleanser - the writing left much to be desired
