A well researched book, but certainly basic/for beginners. Nothing too interesting touched on here, but of course veganism 101 books are a necessity. The only bit I found concerning was how the author socially isolated himself due to veganism. I truly hope he can work through this, as it is fruitless and unnecessary.

I wish I could get everyone to read this book. Ed succinctly describes animal agricultures flaws and harms.

this is very likely humanities most urgent change needed. The absolute cruelty involved and the mass breeding is harming us all and could very well be our downfall.

Topics discussed: factory farms, methane&C02, nutrition,health, human behaviour, propaganda from animal agriculture, lobbying, environmental harm, speciesism.

It really touches on every topic around veganism. We teach our children to be emphatic and then stamp on that empathy, and its killing us. when will we change as a society?

i borrowed this from the library but i'll buy a copy when I can so I can make notations.
