This broke my soul a little bit, but I love books that coax my emotions out and then smash them with a hammer, so this is a five star read for me!

I knew this was book 1 in a duet.
I knew it was gonna end in a cliffhanger.
I even knew the gist of what said cliffhanger was gonna be.
Yet I STILL wanted to haul my kindle at the wall when it happened!!
Why do I do this to myself?! I should know by now not to read or ARC duets/series that aren't complete... because now I reeeaaaaalllllyyyy want the next 1!!

Dnf at 8% the cheesy AF dialogue made me barf and the FMC is immediately unlikeable
OMG what a book I feel in love with this whole book just after reading the first couple of sentences in chapter one. I love how they kind of save her from her family and help her out but they all end up falling in love her and had a good little family going before the event took place toward the end of the book. I think I figure she had to do something towards the boys but I never thought she would do something like that but at the end of she is protect them from her family. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book to see what happens next.

Ok this book is dark and spicy AF. Check your trigger warnings before even picking it up because there are so many all the time but if triggers warnings are like a shopping list for you, this book is a good one.
Dark why choose with swords crossing which I am totally here for. The four MMCs are walking red flags and delicious. They each have distinct personalities and throughout the book you get to know each of them. But two of them are extra special. I will never stopping thinking about Jude and Knox - ever!!! So tortured, they do some awful things, like awful but so sweet too!!!
I liked the FMC a little bit less. Also hugely traumatised and emotionally complex but I struggled with her immediate attraction to all the MMCs especially with the context that she met them but it did work well for the story line. Maybe I wanted her to stab them first?? There were also several references to her Only Fans page. No shade on Only Fans but it was mentioned so I kind of wanted it to play out a little more or at least be followed up on, not just be left hanging.
The story has ended on a cliffhanger (and a cliff hanger which changes the whole tone) so i definitely will be reading the next one - especially as I will get to spend more time with Jude and Knox.
