Pretty good over all, I know he has several books now but this one is fairly short and easy to read. You get a good glimpse into his life before being a chef and after.

cried reading the first chapter. loved reading about his life journey and all that he has accomplished and overcome. it was a very quick read.

with that being said, it is crazy that he tried to excuse not changing his kids diapers or being there for their birth.
