This has been an exceptional read and I can see why it’s a best seller. I won’t give spoilers but the name explains the need to make micro changes in behaviour happen repeatedly.

I will shift my mindset in life and work from ‘transformation’ to ‘one percenters’. The four laws of behaviour change for building good habits and the reminder that with good habits comes declining performance (complacency) has been refreshing.

a good read before the new year. but honestly, it’s so hyped up i was expecting more. all around solid and very practical but with no spiritual foundation, not my fav

I like the idea, just wasn’t my cup of tea! Highly recommend it for others though, great ideas, I just found it hard to finish those last few chapters.

Plenty of actionable insights inside.

It does read like a lot of self-help books in an all appearing wisdom philosophy. However it has plenty of analogies to help understand the concepts being put into practice.

As far as self-help and learning novels it’s definitely worth a read. Some points are more obvious than others for building and breaking habits. But ultimately it is an easy read with very important advice for building strong habits. There is a reason it is one of the top self-improvement novels on the market and it speaks for itself.
