Fantastically interesting. Especially satisfying to learn things right along with the mc, feeling bewildered along with him, at times catching on along with him- as opposed to an omniscient narrator holding things back. Incredibly complex and convoluted; rather than a twist, this has the sense of a choose-your-own-adventure where all the plots are playing out in tandem. I almost didn’t want to find out what was going on, to let the delicious sense of infinite possibility continue forever. Really creative.

Very cool time loop concept. Kinda mind bending. Mystery meets Magical realism ish. Well executed especially in the characters. Ending had lots of holes, especially sci fi logic and aspect but I thoroughly enjoyed watching the pieces put together in a non linear way. I guess I know this author is a mystery, not sci fi author, so i gave slight grace/suspension of disbelief . Hard to keep track of so many characters... wish this book came with a guide or something. Needed to remember a lot of details by the end in order to really feel the satisfaction of figuring out the mystery (good for reread) but i just loved the concept and execution so much it kept me hooked. Most twists ate... others that came at the end not so much... but i enjoyed the ride alot. I just loved the way we got new clues with every new character. Enjoyable

This is an extremely complicated book. I love the Groundhog Day aspect, but at times it feels a little long in the tooth. The criticisms of obesity were a little gratuitous, but that’s a small section. I think the author did a great job keeping up the mystery and trickling bread crumbs. By halfway through you’re really questioning if you know anything at all.

It was a brilliantly inventive mystery with a fascinating structure, though it occasionally felt a bit drawn out. Imagine waking up each day in a different body at the same party, with the only way to escape being to solve the murder that keeps happening.

Fantastic premise for a book. I find myself recommending this book to so many different people. Great mystery and very entertaining story.
