Should you read this?

Yes, if… you want a rom-com with actually good banter that will make you realize you’re smiling at the pages as you read
No, if… you have triggers around death in a family and the trauma that goes along with it

Where is the hype? Truly, like, how is this amazing and revolutionary and heartfelt?? It was so so slow at the beginning, the main characters aren't physically together until almost half of the book.

Also, i found it so weird that the main characters would talk about the predictability of romamce books yet this book was just like any other midday romance film you fall asleep to.

I maybe would have given it a higher score if it wasn't discussed as the best romance on the maeket today.

This book felt like it was more contemporary and womens fiction than romance at times but the romance (a slowburn) was so done so so well!! Being an eldest sister, Nora’s struggles and worries felt so relatable and I really enjoyed how the book explores complex family ties and how to navigate them.

My new favorite Emily Henry book! For anyone who enjoys an enemies to lovers trope, this is by far the best! Nora and Charlie are complex and perfect in every way.
