lighthearted fast-paced

This book was a major level up from the first! The angst was strong and I really enjoyed the characters and the forbidden romance that blossomed. Josh is probably my favorite of the grumpy devils.

I loved this book, and I don’t really have much more to say about it. Delicious chemistry between Drew and Josh, a really entertaining dynamic, angsty bits, steamy moments, romantic parts (the brioche!)…I just really loved it. I feel very much like devouring everything Elizabeth O’Roark has ever written now.
