A very passionate, dramatic romance. I loved the all-consuming love between Gage and Wyatt, the protectiveness. I couldn’t really get into the plot set-up, but the romance was great.
The drama was maybe a tad much, but it still got me a little teary-eyed. I’m also very curious about the rest of the brothers and look forward to Mason’s story.
I received a copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews, and this is my honest review.
CW and tropes (spoilers):
- Small town
- Age gap (9 years)
- Violence
- Second chance?
- “I didn’t have anywhere else to go”
- Injury caretaking
- Dancing without music ❤️
- Strict top/bottom
- Frotting
- Light spanking
I’d been strong enough to walk away from him once. But now? God help me, he was driving the good sense right out of me.

“I've got nothing to offer you, baby. Just trouble." I wrapped my arms around him, threading a hand through his damp hair and tucking his face into my neck. "I'll take it"

I might have saved him once, but he’d saved me, too.
