It’s great but took me a while to really get into it. Kind of hard to follow along but overall a decent read.

At first, I wasn't really invested to the story. Not because I wasn't interested but because the story just felt tedious. But everything changed in the last 60 pages of the book. It literally took over 300 pages for me to actually feel connected to Monica and Ginny.
I liked this book and gave it a good rating because of how intricate and detailed the truth about what happened to the cheerleaders was. I honestly haven't seen that many YA mystery books with plots that aren't cliche. But truth be told, I think the book could've been a lot shorter. It felt like there were a lot of unnecessary details and forgotten storylines. Like Monica's abortion... that wasn't really important to the plot.
If you can look beyond the unnecessary length, this book is great!
