This book started out perfectly... time travel, secret society, just the right amount of zaniness and then it fizzled into I-don’t-know-what-the-hell-this-is. I actually looked up reviews on Goodreads for this book to see if I had missed something... the five year time gap, the need for an editor, the 5-short stories masquerading as a book. Nope. Others had the same issue as me. If you go into this knowing there are these issues, it may be a bit more enjoyable, but really, for such a great premise, this book was ALL over the place.

One of the best books I have ever read! It made me laugh, made me cry and had me engrossed from the very beginning. The characters are a pure delight and the storytelling is fantastic. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
