Light reading. Interesting enough for a cold and miserable June Winter's day by the fire or, if in the Northern Hemisphere, a Summer's day at the beach.

David Zink leaves his high powered law firm and joins Finley & Figge who are ambulance chasers looking for a big payday. The twists kept me intrigued and unable to put it down.

I've always enjoyed Grisham books for what they are: quick and entertaining reads. "The Litigators" was one of the weaker novels of his that I've read. The book plodded along and I kept waiting for it to pick up. There were a few amusing moments, but very little drama and that extremely predictable.

Listened to this one with hubby. It slowed down a bit in the middle, but then picked back up again. On to the next Grisham!

Not Grisham's best, but not bad. Typical Grisham and fairly predictable as always, but that's why I read him.

These characters are all caricatures - not a single one is admirable or likeable. As always, JG's book reads like the outline of a shallow but entertaining and somewhat forgetable movie. This is an okay book to kill time in an airport but do not get your hopes up. This is not one of his better books.

Read the first 100 pages and was still bored so I put it down. I think Grisham might be done writing.

I was traveling for business and realized no one writes better novels for travel than John Grisham. The Litigators is no exception. It's not a stretch from his typical David versus Goliath, but you're really unsure how the little guy will win. That's what made it an interesting read.
